I design each personal training session individually, depending on your goals and preferences. Whether it's running, targeted exercises, hiking, climbing or other activities - together we will find the training that suits you best and motivates you. Your success and fun are always the priority!
Individual fitness advice
Personal advice during the initial consultation to determine your current fitness level and to understand and define your individual goals. A one-on-one lesson can of course also be booked without an initial consultation.
Duration: 45 min - 130 €
Personal training 1:1 sessions
Individual training sessions that are individually tailored to improve technique, endurance, strength and flexibility
per unit (45 min): from 120 € for a basic program (price depends on the activity and will be discussed beforehand without obligation)
block of 10: 1000 €
Individual training plans
Creation of an 8-week plan tailored to your fitness goals, which includes exercises, repetitions and the frequency of training. The initial consultation is included in the price (initial consultation + training plan)

We would be happy to discuss the costs for an 8-week training program (i.e. with regular supervision) in person, as I would like to respond to your wishes as best as possible.
